At DOMO, traditional Japanese craft meets bold, contemporary flair. Our centrepiece binchotan robatayaki grill brings out the primal, smoky intensity of premium ingredients — from A5 Wagyu to the freshest seasonal seafood flown in from Tsukiji.

Complementing the grill is our intimate omakase counter, where Chef Rose curates multi-course journeys that celebrate Japan's finest produce with a distinctly personal touch.
